Role Summary - Web Backend Developer

We are seeking a driven and positive mid-senior level developer who is eager to grow in their role and develop both technically and in leadership. In this role, you will work with integrations, web development, and the development of no-code applications. We are looking for someone with strong JavaScript skills, particularly in backend development and if you can call yourself “Full stack”, that’s always great. You have a strong desire to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment. There are excellent opportunities to eventually advance to a team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Integrations: Develop and implement integration solutions between various systems and platforms
• JavaScript Development: Contribute to the development of functional and user-friendly web solutions by writing and maintaining JavaScript code
• No-Code Applications: Create and configure no-code applications to quickly and efficiently deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues within the development team to ensure high-quality deliveries and contribute to a positive work environment
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in knowledge sharing and be open to learning new technologies and methods

Qualifications

• Experience with integrations and working with APIs
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience in web development
• Experience with no-code platforms is a plus
• Development experience in Hubspot CMS (bonus)
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team
• Positive attitude and high attention to detail
• A desire to grow and develop in both technical work and leadership
• A degree from a college or university in a relevant field
• Proficiency in English is required; Swedish is a plus
