Today, Future Ordering are running in ten countries with millions of transactions per month and have attracted restaurant brands such as Max Burgers, Sushi Yama, Burger King, Pizza Hut, and KFC.
Future Ordering is growing in the European markets and we are looking to strengthen their project management and service delivery team. Future Ordering are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Service Delivery and/or Project Manager to join their exceptional team. You will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless delivery of their services and the successful execution of their projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, external partners, and drive projects to completion with precision and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of their services and projects, ensuring quality and that stakeholders requirements are met
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving service issues promptly
- Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to the Future Ordering platform
- Develop and implement improvements to existing plans and strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships
- Conduct regular reviews and reporting with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience from a similar role, preferably with technical background
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
- Fluent in English
